Starting as a landscape and concrete contractor, Thomas has worked in the construction industry for 16 years.

It became evident along the way that despite the number of excavation contractors out there, a number had no people skills, more still, no understanding of the whole construction process and a lot just didn’t care.

Seeing how people were being overcharged for work that didn’t actually “work”, Thomas set about building a team and gathering cutting edge equipment with the aim to provide customers with the service they deserved. A service backed by industry experience, a multiskilled workforce and versatile equipment.

Thomas and his team at Mary Valley Earthmoving are real people, we understand words like ‘budget‘, ‘timeframe‘ and will offer more than one solution to suit the clients current circumstances.

We believe that effective communication is paramount and courtesy is standard. We have blue cards (working around children) and don’t need to use expletives in every sentence.

We have no interest in being the cheapest and price matching every cowboy that comes along. We pride ourselves on providing cost effective solutions without cutting corners and compromising on quality.
